Minutes of the Penarth and District Skittle League Delegates Meeting Thursday 12-May-
2016.
33/16 Michaela welcomed everyone to the meeting.

38/16 Secretary's Report –The secretary explained she was in the process of doing the
fixtures for the Summer Competitions and the Holm Tower Cup
The Ladies averages had taken place on Tuesday the 10th of May and was won by Pat
Salthouse from the Ex’s Poppies, second place Sandie Clarke from the Dolly Mixtures third
place was Val Poole from the Con’s Ladies.The Men’s averages are taking place straight
after the delegates meeting.
The Ladies Champion of Champion of Champions is taking place on the 17th of May and
the Men’s on the 24th of May.
Mr Graham Marsh proposed a thank you to the Secretary in getting these competitions
out of the way promptly after the Leagues had finished.
As soon as I have done all the fixtures I would send them out to everyone who is taking
part in the Competitions and who I had an email address for and copies would be left
behind the bar at the Con’s Club.
39/16 AOB - There was a discussion about the website and the Chair explained that we
don’t actually own the website even though we had paid for it.
The secretary herself now has problems accessing the site and will write to the individual
concerned to try and resolve the issues.
