Minutes of the Penarth and District Skittle League Delegates Meeting Thursday 9th June
2016.

46/16 Secretary's Report – There had been some issues regarding sticker ups availability
for matches and booking of Alleys, Evelyn who has responsibility for this explained it was
due to a misunderstanding and these issues have now been resolved.
It was reported that three notice of amendments to the rules had been received so far
and would be discussed at the AGM.
The Ladies Champion of Champions match was won by the Brandy Belles, the Men's by
the Cwrt -Y-Vil congratulations to both teams. The Men's averages was won by Derek
George from the Ex’s C and the runner up was Shaun Allen from Legion A congratulations
to both of them as well.
47/16 AOB - A request was made from some of the Ladies teams not to use the Railway
as a venue next year for competitions and this was agreed.
There was also a discussion about the Emergency Spare Rule and amendments and it was
explained any changes had to be put in writing to the Secretary by the Thursday the 4th of
August at the latest for discussion at the AGM which is on August the 18th at the
Conservative Club starting at 8pm..
The Secretary wrote to the Individual concerned about the website on the 27th of May
and up to now hadn’t received a reply so will write again to him..
